Antonio Gana allegedly shot dead by wife, 16-year-old son wounded

Antonio Gana, the former general manager of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport during the Estrada administration, was allegedly killed by his wife, Annamaria, at their residence in Tustin Ranch, Los Angeles, California on Mother's Day.

Reportedly depressed and was diagnosed with breast cancer, 41-year old Annamaria had opened fire on Antonio and their two children, killing Antonio and wounding the 16-year-old. Their 9-year-old son escaped unharmed.

The Police has arrested Annamaria who is now being held at the Sta Ana jail. A $1 million bail was set for her temporary liberty.

According to reports, Annamaria could get a life sentence of up to 82 years in state prison if convicted.
