Justin Bieber reportedly took a few breaks during his Manila Concert to run backstage and vomit.

Reports added that Justin Bieber was seen by a doctor before the concert and was diagnosed of chest infection. Despite being very ill, Justin continued to perform for his Filipino fans.

She was given flowers and received a hug from JB. So there's the reason why she's trending - many girls envy her! :D (Other people claim that her name is not Kathleen, though.)
