Punjab Board (PSEB) 12th result 2013 expected today

If sources are to be believed, Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) today i.e. i.e. 18th May is expected to end the anxious long wait of more than 3.5 lakh students who appeared in the annual examination earlier this year; however there has not been any official notification released by the board. Nevertheless, if declared today, students would be able to check these results on the official results portal of PSEB on http://results.pseb.ac.in/; to get the results via SMS, type PSEB12(space)Roll Number and send it to 56263.

We tried to contact the concerned authorities in Mohali, spokesperson who didn't wish to be named confirmed that results are ready after evaluation are getting uploaded on the result portal, target is to make the results public on or before midnight today, however can be delayed if any administrative or technical difficulties experienced.

Once results are published, school wise results would be sent to the principals along with the marksheets which can be collected by the students. State wise merit list would be published along with the results. Last year, passing percentage in Urban areas was recorded at 75.64 compared to 72.58 of rural areas. 110 students were from Ludhiana out of merit list of 398 students published by the PSEB.
